sys error number

This report is given when an internal error occurs in Dyalog APL.

Under Unix it might be necessary to enter a hard interrupt to obtain the Unix command prompt or to kill your processes from another screen. Under Microsoft Windows it might be necessary to reboot your PC.

If this error occurs, please submit a fault report to your Dyalog APL distributor.
